This notice explains how Peachy Pits handles information provided through this website, service inquiries, and job applications.
Information you provide
Service inquiries may include your name, company, phone number, email address, city or service locations, property type, service needs, and other details you choose to share. Job applications include contact information, qualifications, work history, references, and any notes you provide.
Please share only information relevant to your inquiry or application. You do not need to provide payment details, government identification numbers, or medical records through these forms.
How we use it
We use service inquiry information to respond, review your locations and service needs, discuss pricing and scheduling, and communicate about the requested work. We use application information to review qualifications and communicate about employment opportunities.
How forms and email work
- Online Request Service: submitted information is processed through Formspree, our existing online form provider, for delivery and handling of the inquiry.
- Homepage email inquiry: the form prepares a message to service@peachypits.com in your email application. It is sent when you press Send in that application.
- Careers: the application form prepares a message to hiring@peachypits.com. You must send the prepared email to complete the application.
Your email provider processes messages you send. Formspree explains its practices in its privacy policy. A review screen or prepared email is not confirmation that Peachy Pits has received a request.
Texting (SMS) information
If you choose to receive texts from us, we collect your phone number and your texting consent so Peachy Pits Grit Grease and Separator Services LLC can communicate with you about your service requests, scheduling and service reminders, related work, and - only if you signed up for them - offers and promotions. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Our texting platform, Twilio, processes messages only to deliver them on our behalf.
Website providers and tracking
We use website hosting, email, and Formspree providers to operate these website and communication services. We use Google's advertising tag (Google Ads conversion measurement) to measure how visitors who find us through our ads use the site; it may use cookies and sends basic visit information to Google. We do not sell or share website inquiries for other advertising tracking.
Hosting and form providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver their services and protect against abuse. Their service practices are described in their own policies.
Information in our records
Information you send may remain in our email and form-service records as part of the inquiry, application, or related business communication. To ask about information we hold, retention, corrections, or deletion, contact us using the details below. The available action may depend on the record and applicable requirements.
