PEACHY PITS SERVICE MEMBERSHIPS

Your service, planned.
Your budget, steadier.

A partner for the long run. Put your pumping service on an agreed schedule and spread the program cost across predictable monthly payments—for one site or your entire portfolio.

ONE LESS THING TO MANAGE

Less chasing.
More consistency.

Your traps need a routine. Your business needs a partner who understands the operation.

01 / YOUR BUDGET

A payment you can plan around.

Spread the agreed program cost across the year instead of paying the full planned service amount at each visit.

02 / YOUR TIME

The next visit is part of the plan.

Agree on a service cadence, operating windows and access. We coordinate the planned work with your team.

03 / YOUR SYSTEM

Know what’s happening below.

Each pumping visit includes line jetting, camera scoping and documentation, with findings and next steps explained.

04 / YOUR PARTNER

A relationship that carries forward.

Keep your service history, site needs and ongoing conversations connected, whether you run one location or several.

A CLEAR START. A CONSISTENT ROUTINE.

Build the plan
around the property.

We start with your actual systems and operating needs. Pricing, initial work and ongoing service are defined before the plan begins.

Talk through a membership
  1. 01

    Assess and establish the baseline

Review the system’s condition, accumulated material, access and initial cleanout needs. We explain the initial work and how it is priced.

  2. 02

Agree on the scope and cadence

Set the included work and visit schedule around the site. Six-month or twelve-month service may suit some locations; others need a different interval.

  3. 03

    Set the monthly payment plan

Review the monthly amount, payment method, term and how changes or additional work will be handled before enrolling.

  4. 04

Keep the complete visit on schedule

We coordinate planned service, pump, jet, scope and document. Review findings and any recommended follow-up with your team.

EVERY PUMPING VISIT

The complete job.

The membership changes how you plan and pay. The full service standard stays.

  1. 01Pump.

  2. 02Jet.

  4. 04Document.

    Record the work and findings.

Discuss contacts, operating windows, billing arrangements and how service is coordinated across your sites.

  3. 03

    Documentation tied to the work

BEFORE YOU JOIN

Know your plan.

Does monthly billing mean monthly pumping?

No. Payments follow the agreed monthly plan. Visits follow the service cadence your systems need, as defined in your proposal.

Is the first cleanout included in the monthly amount?

We assess the starting condition and explain the initial cleanout cost before you agree. Your proposal states whether that work is separate or included in the payment plan.

What does a membership cost?

The price depends on the system, starting condition, scope, locations and service frequency. We provide the monthly amount and plan terms after reviewing the work with you.

What happens if my site needs additional work?

Your plan defines the included scope and visits. Work beyond that scope is discussed and priced separately before it is authorized.

Can I still request a one-time service?

Yes. Membership is an option, not a requirement. You can request an individual visit, with the same complete pumping-service standard.

How do payment, renewal and cancellation work?

We explain the payment method, term, renewal and cancellation provisions in your proposal before you enroll. This website starts the service conversation; it does not enroll you or charge a card.

Can we include multiple locations or exterior work?

Tell us about the locations and services you want to coordinate. We confirm coverage and define each site’s pumping and exterior scope separately.

Is a customer portal available now?

Customer access is planned as part of CSIP. For current service records, contact service@peachypits.com.
