THE WORK / THE STANDARD
Lead by doing.
A working lead who plans the job, performs the work and helps the crew get better with every visit.
01 / PREPARE
Set the team up.
Plan job setup and crew assignments. Choose appropriate cleaning methods and protect customer property.
02 / LEAD
Work alongside the crew.
Perform pressure-washing work, coach technicians and bring practical experience to larger commercial projects.
03 / FINISH
Put your name on it.
Check quality, care for equipment, document the work and communicate professionally with customers.

Drive the company truck to job sites and set up the equipment for the day’s work.

Pressure wash buildings, concrete and other exterior surfaces. Learn how to approach each job with care.

Leave it ready.
Keep the truck and equipment clean, safe and ready to work. Once trained, manage your route and workday in the field.

Put your Class B CDL to work with a team that pumps, jets, scopes and documents every pumping visit. Serve car washes, restaurants and automotive facilities from our Augusta base.

Every pumping visit includes the complete job. It’s more than driving the truck.
01 / PUMP
Handle the haul.
Operate the truck, handle hoses, remove accumulated material and transport it to the agreed disposal facility.
02 / JET
Clear the lines.
Jet connected drainage lines and clear buildup as part of the complete pumping visit.
03 / SCOPE
See the condition.
Inspect the lines on camera and identify findings that need attention.
04 / DOCUMENT
Show the work.
Capture the work and findings, complete service documentation and communicate the next steps.

Peachy Pits Grit, Grease and Separator Services
WHO WE ARE
Peachy Pits cleans and services grit traps, grease traps and oil-water separators for car washes, restaurants, lube shops and other commercial customers. We serve businesses across 26 states and expanding, offering one service partner across their operating footprint.
We are an operator-led business building around clear communication, reliable follow-through, respect for customers and teammates, and pride in the work. We want a representative who learns what customers need, represents our capabilities honestly and helps build lasting relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify prospective customers and reach decision-makers through calls, email, virtual conversations and in-person visits.
- Visit businesses in the Augusta area and pursue approved opportunities along the southeastern corridor.
- Learn the customer's service needs and explain how Peachy Pits can help.
- Develop single-location accounts and pursue regional, national and multi-site opportunities within our service territory.
- Coordinate service scope, pricing and commitments with management and operations.
- Keep prospect records and next steps organized, follow up consistently and help move new accounts through their first service.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Comfort with cold outreach and face-to-face business conversations.
- Dependability, initiative and consistent follow-through.
- The ability to listen, communicate clearly and stay organized.
- Willingness to learn our services and work closely with the team.
Sales experience is helpful, but not required. Familiarity with car washes, restaurants, automotive service businesses or environmental services is a plus. An existing customer list is not required.

- $18 per hour
- Commission is paid once for each qualifying new customer location after its first completed service. Amounts vary by account type and service scope. The written commission schedule will be provided before you accept the role.
- For multi-location accounts, each qualifying location earns its commission as it receives its first service. Repeat service visits do not generate another acquisition commission.
- Company phone and service provided.
- Approved business mileage and travel expenses covered under company policy.
SCHEDULE AND TRAVEL
Part-time to start, with work hours and availability agreed during hiring. The role combines phone and email outreach with in-person business visits. Regional travel may be part of approved account development. Occasional company-approved trade show participation is optional, with approved business travel expenses covered.
